Intellectual Property (IP) is an integral part of the research and scholarly/creative activities of FGCU faculty and students. Commonly, IP includes patents, copyright, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, etc. FGCU faculty and students are encouraged to refer to the most current FGCU policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement to familiarized oneself with the rights of IP.
