Undergraduate student research plays an integral role at FGCU to support and advance faculty research as well as to enrich the student-centered learning environment. The Undergraduate Student Scholarship Support Award (USSSA), jointly sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Scholarship (OUS) and the ORGS, provides grants in support of undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative endeavors. USSSA supports and advances faculty research as well as enriches the student-centered learning environment. It is available to promote undergraduate student research participation across all academic disciplines at FGCU.
Deadline: The last Monday of April 2015 (by 5:00 pm)
Faculty award recipients must submit a Final Report (< 5 pages) to document activities and accomplishments as well as a Financial Report to provide details of itemized expenditures to ORGS (email@example.com) by October 1, 2016. Applications will be reviewed immediately after the deadline. Incomplete application packages will not be reviewed. Award recipients will be notified via email by the end of June.
