Students receive the initial permit at no cost. Lost or stolen permits/decals will cost $30 to replace.

Faculty/Staff members may pay $58 a term, $115 for annual or $525 if a reserved parking space (if available). LEED approved vehicle discount $92 for annual or $502 for reserve.

OPS non student annual permit fee is $30.

Adjuncts annual permit fee is $30

Lost or stolen decals or permits will not be replaced and the registrant will be required to purchase a new decal or permit at a fee of $105 for faculty/staff reserved space parking or a fee of $30 for all other parking permits.

Payment options for Faculty/Staff members

• Payroll Reduction is available during the fall term only for annual and reserved permits.

  • Register vehicle/Renew permit on Gulfline.
  • Print out Permit  Registration form following instruction at bottom of form.
  • Complete Payroll Reduction request through Gulfline Open Enrollment process. Download complete instructions to follow here  http://www.fgcu.edu/HR/benefits-general.html    
  • Once Open Enrollment process is complete, send your Permit Registration form to parking. Gulfline Open Enrollment takes overnight to process.  Your permit will be sent via inter-departmental mail.
  • You may also bring the Permit Registration form to Parking Services to pick up your permit. Allow 24 hours for the request for payroll reduction to process.  
• Cash or check payments are available at Parking Services located in the north-end of the Campus Support Complex.  If payment with cash exact amount required.
• NOTE: Cash, check, or credit card payments are received by the cashier, ground-floor windows located at McTarnaghan Hall. You must first contact Parking Services to post the fee to your account. You must then bring your receipt to Parking Services located in the north-end of the Campus Support Complex to receive your decal or permit or arrange to have it sent thru inter- office mail.
