Obtain Decal or Permit


STUDENTS - Follow the steps below to register for and obtain your parking permit.  

To avoid a replacement permit fee please review the expiration date on the front of your permit.  The pink "2017" Commuter Student permit is valid until August 31, 2018. Pink housing decals expire August 31, 2017. Students may only have one valid parking permit type based on their housing status. 

Log into your Gulfline account at:

  • Click Student and Financial Aid
  • Click Parking Services
  • Click Request a Permit
  • Select Permit Type and click Continue
  • Print Permit Registration form and bring to Parking Services located in McTarnaghan Hall room 142 to obtain your permit/decal.
  • Must have a temporary pass from Information Booth or Orientation to park while obtaining your permanent permit/decal.


FACULTY/STAFF - Follow the steps below to register for and obtain your parking permit.

Log into your Gulfline account at:

  • Choose Employee
  • Click Parking Services
  • Click Request a Permit
  • For permit Type, choose the appropriate payment option from the drop down menu.
  • Print Permit Registration form to be given to Parking Services.
  • If utilizing payroll reduction as your payment type click on the link below for step by step instructions for enrolling in payroll reduction for your parking permit. (Only available during open enrollment period)

Visitors to the university must obtain a pass from the Information Booth located at the main entrance of FGCU, if the Information Booth is closed go to the Welcome Center or University Police Department at the Campus Support Complex to obtain a pass. There is no cost for visitors to park on campus but all vehicles must have a parking pass displayed while parked on campus.
