Ms. Baker provides budget management and oversight for all financial activities and internal controls within Academic Affairs. She develops and manages a comprehensive budget that serves multiple constituencies. This budget provides equitable resource allocation, establishes responsibilities, quality expectations, timelines for deliverables, and communication strategies. Ms. Baker is responsible for the accountability of Academic Affairs personnel as it relates to budget, positions, faculty rate and salaries. She directs the university faculty search process and approval for hires. In addition, she interprets, implements, coordinates Academic Affairs' policies and procedures, as well as participates in annual strategic planning process, goals and outcomes for the University and Academic Affairs.

Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Associate Provost
Dr. Rogers is responsible for providing strategic direction and coordination of academic planning and process improvement, budgeting and faculty affairs and policies. He also participates in management of the academic personnel processes, budget and resource allocation and works with the Offices of Curriculum and Instruction, Planning and Institutional Performance, and Contracts and Grants to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the academic affairs function.

Associate Provost and Associate Vice President for Planning and Institutional Performance
The Associate Provost/Associate Vice President for Planning and Institutional Performance (PIP) is responsible for the university's institutional effectiveness efforts and serves as the university's accreditation liaison to the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the university's regional accreditor. The Associate Provost for PIP assists the Provost in a wide range of activities including interaction with the Florida Board of Governors, inter-institutional relationships, professional accreditations, academic program review, space planning, and annual reporting. Additionally, he is responsible for institutional research and analysis and university strategic planning. Among his direct reports are the Executive Director for Off-Campus and Continuing Education, The Director of Global Initiatives, the Director of International Services, the Associate Dean for Planning and Evaluation, and the Director of Institutional Research and Analysis.
