Phase 1 (September-November)
September 19 - October 15: Web-based solicitation of ideas.
October 15 – November 1: QEP Selection Committee Review of Ideas.
November 7 – Announcement of ideas to be developed into proposals for Phase 2.
Phase 2 (November-April)
November 7 - January 13: Development and submission of Phase 2 topic proposals.
January 15 – February 29: QEP Selection Committee Review of topic proposals.
March 1 – Selection Committee forwards top two recommended topic proposals to the Provost for consideration.
March 30 – Provost announces QEP topic.
April 20 – Provost announces QEP Team to develop the QEP during 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 academic years.
