Professor Henshon came to Florida Gulf Coast University in the fall of 2005 and has taught creative writing, memoir writing, and composition classes. Dr. Henshon has over 160 publications, including fifteen books. She is the author of the "Millie" series for children, ten William & Mary Navigator study guides, and two creative writing books published by Prufrock Press in 2007.She recently published Notes from a Writer (with Valija Rose) through the Center for Gifted Education at The College of William & Mary.
