2007-10 CBA: The proposed 2007-10 CBA is linked here (.pdf, 517 kb)hanks to all of you who voted and provided feedback to us. We appreciate your help and as always, your support of UFF through membership and action is always important to help us represent all faculty.
A team of UFF members counted the ballots at noon today and the results of the ratification vote for the 2007-2010 collective bargaining agreement are as follows:
123 yes 95%
7 no
1 invalid vote (no signature or name on any outside envelope)
131 votes cast of 264 in-unit faculty (50%)
We are now awaiting ratification by the University Board of Trustees.
Thanks to the Interest Based Bargaining team from administration and faculty for their significant efforts to improve our contract
