Mission
Our chapter's mission includes:
- To negotiate and obtain a Collective Bargaining Agreement that protects the rights, responsibilities, and opportunities for each FGCU faculty member.
- To insure that the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, once established, are understood and followed.
- To improve the rights, responsibilities and opportunities for each FGCU faculty member.
In addition we are working to help faculty new to the Florida state education system to understand the employment parameters and to work effectively within our state structures as these evolve and change
