Sergeant Cindy Gray has over 18 years of law enforcement experience, 5 years with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and 13 years with UPD.
 
Sgt. Gray earned a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Studies in 1977 from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2006 from Capella University. Sgt. Gray is a certified RAD Basic and Advanced Defense Instructor.
