Officer Germano began his Law Enforcement career in 1980 as a Patrol Officer with the Dallas Police Department in Dallas, Texas.  Officer Germano spent 26 years with the Dallas Police Department before retiring as a Senior Corporal/Field Training Officer in January 2006.  In June 2006 Officer Germano joined the Florida Gulf Coast University Police Department.  Officer Germano earned an Associates of Science Degree in Law Enforcement and Administration from Camden County College in 1976 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University in 1979.
