• Student ~This is for students who are enrolled in a program such as nursing. (Please bring fingerprint verification form as well.)

All fingerprinting is by appointment and is set in 15 minute increments.

There are daytime as well as evening hour appointments.

UPD will conduct fingerprinting in Griffin Hall Suite 154, next to the elevator, in Room #136.

Appointment days and times are:

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Lunch 11:45a-12:15p

Except for days with evening appointments which are from 11:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. Lunch 4p-4:30p

FINGERPRINTING PROCESS:

• Click on http://fgcufingerprints.checkappointments.com/ to schedule your appointment (or to return to the appointment page.)
• Bring your state ID or Passport and completed VECHS Waiver form to your appointment.
• · **If you have problems accessing the appointment website, please update your Internet Explorer to version 8 or higher.
