My interest is the applications of differential equations as well as the theoretical aspects. I am especially interested in mathematical modeling for population dynamics, biological pattern formation. I have studied patterns in bacteria colony, the periodic formation of somites in embryos. Differential equations have also been used extensively in engineering, so I especially welcome the participation of the students with engineering background.
