Services

| Campus Reservations
is the primary source for room reservation and event
planning at FGCU. We reserve classrooms, conference
rooms, multi-purpose rooms, and various other areas
on campus. |

of Events for a current schedule of classes,
meetings, events, and other activities on campus.

|
Reservations for rooms and other areas on campus,
including the Aquatics Center and Alico Arena,
can be made through the web link below.
To submit a reservation request, click on the
following link, log in, and complete and submit
the reservation form. (Note: if this is

Classroom Reservations comprise
all classrooms on the main campus, including WGCU
rooms 28 and 111.
Multi-purpose Reservations include
the following: Student Union Ballroom A, Student
Union Ballroom B, Student Union Meeting Chambers,
Baldy's Game Room, Eagle Cafe, The Perch, and
the Sprint Multipurpose Center.
Miscellaneous Area Reservations
consist of AB3 Atrium, AB3 Portico, Ben Hill Griffin
Hall Atrium, Campus Support Complex (CSC) Atrium,
Library Greens, Reed Hall Atrium, Student Plaza,
Student Union Breezeway, and the Student Union
Lawn.
The Campus Reservations staff will assist you
and provide guidance in organizing your event
on the campus of FGCU.
We will notify you when your reservation has
been received and processed.
