Move Your Mood:

Are you feeling down, stressed, or overwhelmed?

Come walk the talk with us and see how a little movement can improve your mood.

We will go for a moderately vigorous 30 minute walk. We will learn a little about how we can improve our mood and improve our movement throughout the week.

Meeting Wednesdays, 10:30 - 12:00 noon, the group will start out in the CAPS group room.  This group is facilitated by Kelly Russo, Ph.D..  Contact CAPS for more information or to sign up for the group.
