Freshman Transition
An advising hold is added to a student’s account due to transitioning from First Year Advising to the College of Arts & Sciences. Once a student has attended a workshop, the Advising Hold will be lifted. This hold is in place to verify that the student is on track for graduation, and will not be lifted until a workshop is attended. Registration will be restricted on October 29th for spring 2010 courses if the hold is still active.
Please click on the link below to register for a workshop in October to get your hold lifted for Spring registration. Freshman registration begins at midnight on October 29th, so it will be in your best interest to register for a workshop prior to that date.
