Put two people together in the workplace
(or anywhere else!) and there will be conflicts.
In most circumstances, we are able to resolve the
disputes that arise between ourselves. In other
circumstances we need some guidance or extra help.
The purpose of this tutorial is to help you find
the best way to deal with the problem or conflict
you are facing. This tutorial will provide you with
useful tips about the best way to handle the situation
and information that best applies to the particularities
of your case.
