The College of Business used part of its retreat to form three Focus groups to discuss how it is going to implement FGCU's Strategic Plan as requested by President Merwin.
First, the College had to identify the areas in the University Strategic Plan targeted to be implemented at the College level. The Dean did this in consultation with the leadership of the College.
Second, these topics were divided for discussion into three Focus Groups.
The participants and the Chair of each session are listed, with their findings and their recommendations documented.
