2. David Johnson annonced we will visit Media One facility in Naples for April Meeting. 

3. David Johnson annonced we will have a table discussion about Year 2000 at FGCU for May meeting. 

4. David Johnson annonced we will not have a meeting in June, July and August. 

5. Paul Sikkenga (Membership Committee Chair) discussed about strategies to increase members: 

• Collect e-mail addresses of IT professionals (CIS Dept's database, etc.) 
• Brochure should be mailed to potential members upon requests. 
• A list of IT organizations was passed around to see if the current members know somebody in those orgaizaitons. 
• Flyer should be prepared for meetings in advance and used to get attention from potential members. 
• Utilize CIS department Web Board page to disseminate and collect information about potential members.
