Has extensive experience of graduate and executive education in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. He has published numerous articles in prestigious academic journals and is a frequent reviewer for journals and the Academy of Management Annual Conference. He has held executive and managerial positions with Royal Dutch/Shell, IBM, Nortel, Bank of Montreal, and Ernst & Young.
