ARA G. VOLKAN, Department Chair of Accounting and Finance, Moorings Park Chair in Managerial Accounting, Ph.D. in Accounting, University of Alabama (1979). Most recently served as the Interim Dean of the Richards College of Business, The State University of West Georgia. Dr. Volkan holds CPA certificates in both Florida and Georgia. He has published extensively in national and international academic and professional journals. His research interests are non-profit, health care, financial managerial, and derivatives accounting.
