Learning Partnerships
    A Commitment to Personal Excellence

Genuine learning is often a function of developing a productive working relationship between professors and program participants. This is particularly true at the Executive MBA level, where a specific program objective is to capitalize on the expert knowledge of faculty as well as the breadth of experience of program participants.

Perhaps even more important is that a learning partnership between instructors and participants, fundamentally, includes an acknowledgment of the responsibility to continuously work toward the highest level of individual performance.

As members of a cohort group, participants will progress through the program in a team environment and with other individuals who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of their organizations. The exchange of ideas is enriched in every course.

In keeping with the FGCU vision to be innovative in program design, courses are highly interactive and dynamic in instructional delivery. This educational model calls upon both professor and participants to build learning partnerships. The EMBA Program faculty are committed to this educational model and prepared to challenge participants to achieve their personal best.
