About IAim

IAim is a consortium of business consultants, most of whom possess Doctorates in their business specialties. The list of types of consulting available to your organization is a long one, but they fit into two broad categories: Research and Training.

Internal and external research can take many forms, but we specialize in qualitative and quantitative research on what people really think or believe about any subject, regardless of how sensitive the participants and/or the subject may be. The data gathered is then used to create and implement a solution to the problem(s) or to capitalize on opportunities.

Training also can take many forms, but we specialize in training employees in sales techniques, building relationships, conflict resolution and morale building, improving service performances, marketing and e-marketing strategy and techniques, management techniques, and a host of categories centered on using technology effectively in business practice.

Our business history
IAim is a not-for-profit institute in the Center for Leadership and Innovation within the College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). The Center was founded in the Summer of 1997, and all research and training activities are funded by contracts and grants awarded by public and private organizations of all types.
