Daniel Telep Jr. - Newly Appointed Procurement Counselor to PTAC Program

Dear Clients:

The Florida Gulf Coast University, College of Business, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), proudly announces the appointment of Mr. Daniel Telep, Jr. to the Florida Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) Program as a procurement counselor.

Dan has been hired to replace Ms. Sharon O’Hara who has been promoted to another position within the Florida’s PTAC Program.

The SBDC has hired Daniel Telep, Jr. to work with business owners to identify contracting and business opportunities with the federal, state, and local governments. Dan has completed his Florida SBDC Certification as a Business Analyst. Dan’s background with a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Supervision and 24 years of experience with the Federal Government has given him good insights on issues relative to all size businesses, large and small, for profit and nonprofits. Dan has specific federal procurement experience in military and civilian agency contracting. His experience includes but is not limited to small purchase awards, major contract awards, best value awards, cost and pricing analysis, and procurement policies and procedures.
