Online Resources for Procurement Information

Opportunity Level Information Source
Requirements over $25,000 All federal agency requirements over $25,000 are posted at FEDBIZOPPS, http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
FEDBIZOPPS is the official federal government’s FREE online listing of contracting opportunities. Information on each requirement includes but is not limited to:
  • Solicitation Number
  • Requesting Agency/Contact Person
  • Description of Requirement
  • Due Date for receipt of offer
  • Set-Aside Status card.
Requirements under $25,000 (NEW AGENCY INITIATIVE) The Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District has set up a new web site http://saj.usace.army.mil for Jacksonville district requirements over $10,000.

This new program allows vendors to review requirements and request solicitations via the Internet. It allows vendors to register as a proposed prime or subcontractor. It also allows vendors to access the names of all firms who have requested a solicitation package.
Requirements at or below the Micro-Purchase value of $2,500 (NEW AGENCY INITIATIVE) The Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District has set up a new web site http://www.saj.usace.army.mil/contract/index.html for a listing of Jacksonville district credit card holders. The requirements at or below $2,500 are generally purchased by the Army Corps of Engineering, Jacksonville District credit card holders without competition using the Government IMPAC card, currently a VISA card.
