

The Division of Sponsored Projects and Programs regularly offers comprehensive Professional Development & Certification Training Seminars. Preparation for professional certifications, Continuing Education Units for training, and Certificates of Completion are available with various programs. Topic areas are designed to meet the needs of middle and upper managers in both private organizations and public agencies.
Regular seminars are held in the spacious, specially designed classrooms at the Center for Leadership and Innovation in Fort Myers. They range from two-hour to all-day programs. Each of the seminars can be customized to meet a particular organization's needs and can be provided on-site to meet scheduling requirements. If requested, a tailored distance accessible curriculum can also be developed.
The OVERALL GOAL of the Professional Development Training and Certification Seminars is to:
- provide participants with the skills and tools necessary to enhance their impact as business partners and fiscal agents.
- provide the individual with the ability to make value-added strategic and operational contributions toward the achievement of organizational goals.
