Details: <p>The mission of the Guadalupe Center is "to break the cycle of poverty through education", social, and other support programs and resources. The Guadalupe Center also provides social outreach programs with our Soup Kitchen, Showers Program, Back-to-School Shoe Program, and Clothing Room to help ease the day to day struggles of families. The Guadalupe Center&rsquo;s educational programs serve the long-term needs of Immokalee by starting with the very young and providing support to children through high school. The programs include the Early Childhood Education program, the After School program, holiday educational programs, the STAR Educational Summer Camp, and the Tutor/Intern Corps program.</p>
Job Description: <p>Students may volunteer in the early childhood education program with pre-K children, in the after school tutoring program or summer camp program with students K-2, or with high school students in the Tutor Corps Program. Students may also volunteer in the soup kitchen, clothing room, or with any of our other social services.&nbsp; In addition, students can volunteer at our resale shop in Naples.</p>
