The organization''s mission is to reduce infant deaths and increase healthy births in Southwest Florida. Healthy Start provides prenatal care to uninsured pregnant women, in-home visits for pregnant women and babies identified as needing extra care and support, and connection to community resources.

Free tickets to all events Refreshments or meals provided during on-site or off-site events. Transportation to events if needed.

Most of the volunteer opportunities our at our administrative office in Fort Myers. Some assitance is needed with various offsite events. Most importantly our upcoming Infant Mortality Awareness Pinwheel Memory Garden ceremonies. There will be one on September 7, 2011 at HealthPark Hospital, one in Naples on September 22, and another in Labelle. Please call for details.
