| Other info: | I have had sucess working with students in local high schools in transitioning approaches bridging into collegiate pursuits. I have put on workshops on and off campus showcasing career development, learning styles, study techniques, as well as offering mental health screenings and presentations applicable to many psychological challenges. I am an FGCU graduate from the College of Education in the Counselor Education program. I have had a highly rewarding experience at FGCU not only as a MA level student/GA Resident Counselor providing services and residing on campus while working in the office of Counseling & Student Health, but also as staff (presently Academic Counselor in Freshman Advising Services) and adjunct faculty. My outreach yields a multi-variant insight into FGCU and what our university offers our students and community. I utilize technological approaches in the majority of my presentations and strive to bring interactivity to my outreach. |
