WHAT Sun-Earth Day 2001 - An astronomy celebration at FGCU; a national celebration of the sun, the space around the Earth (geospace), and how all of it affects life on our planet. A number of astronomical activities will take place:
•Solar observations using telescopes with solar filters
•Movies and lectures about the sun
•Solar systems models
