WHAT     46th Annual Florida State Science and Engineering Fair

WHEN
Wednesday, April 18     8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Students set up exhibits, Harborside Convention Center
               7:30 p.m. - Opening Ceremony, Barbara B. Mann
Thursday, April 19     8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Judging, Harborside
               Exhibits open to the public after judging ends
               9:45 a.m. - President William C. Merwin
Friday, April 20     7:30 p.m. - Grand Awards Ceremony, Harborside

WHERE     Harborside Convention Center, Barbara B. Mann, FGCU

WHY          Students are competing for scholarships, cash, opportunities for summer employment, place awards and a chance to compete at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in San Jose, Calif. in May where students will win more than $2 million in awards and scholarships.

Representatives from the media should check in at the Registration Table in the lobby. Special badges and ribbons will be available. Representatives of the media are allowed at any time but should be careful not to interrupt the judging process.
