First FGCU Major Marketing Campaign Introduced at President's Forum

The direction is set. Florida Gulf Coast University is poised to achieve its goal of bringing long-term awareness of Florida’s newest state university to a widespread market. FGCU’s first integrated marketing campaign will be introduced during the President’s Forum at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, August 27 in Reed Hall Room 249.

Associate Vice President for University Advancement Audrea I. Anderson says she is excited about the opportunity to increase the community’s knowledge and awareness of Florida Gulf Coast University. “By sharing information through a marketing campaign, we expand access to one of Florida’s public universities. It is an exciting campaign. It will define the direction in which the University is headed and offer a foundation for visual identification as well,” she said.

The University has received considerable input from students, faculty, staff, administrators, high school students and people in the community to develop the concept of the campaign.
