"Practical Stress Management" Workshop Offered by FGCU Florida Institute of Government
FORT MYERS, FL - Managers and employees from the public and nonprofit sectors are invited to attend a half-day course “Practical Stress Management without Leaving the Office” presented by the Florida Institute of Government at Florida Gulf Coast University as part of the its Administrative Assistant Series from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, Feb. 22. The workshop will be at the Center for Professional Development at Edison Community College.
The course will teach how to manage routine workplace stressors within the workday and how to use 5-to-10 minute techniques to accomplish objectives.
