Lou Achille has been in the organizational growth and personal development field since 1976. He has worked as facilitator, program designer, consultant, and speaker for corporations across the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, France, and Spain. He has been recognized nationally for achievements in both sales and quality of instruction. Lou has recently moved with his wife, Rosann, to Bonita Springs.

This one-hour session will help you develop ways to improve your communication skills with your co-workers, your customers, your boss. You will be involved in a fun learning activity to better understand why Communications is the number one problem within most groups and organizations. More important, you will be able to make changes that will enhance your ability to communicate more effectively within groups. The hour will be informative, entertaining and highly interactive.
