WHY To honor the best high school artists in Southwest Florida. The annual show is part of a national contest that recognizes the creative talents of high school students. Every public and private high school in Southwest Florida was invited to submit one piece to compete for the Grand Award. The chosen entry hangs in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside other winning pieces from around the country.
