World Congress & Exposition on Disabilities Hosts FGCU Center for Assisted Living Innovation Pavilion
FORT MYERS, FL - The Florida Gulf Coast University Center for Assisted Living Innovation is sponsoring the Housing and Active Lifestyle Options pavilion at the fourth annual World Congress & Exposition on Disabilities at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 18-20.
The FGCU Center for Assisted Living Innovation pavilion will highlight innovative products and programs that enable people to maintain autonomy and age in the place of their preference.
The World Congress & Exposition on Disabilities event organizes industries, inventors, researchers, universities and government agencies in a show that provides the latest technology in assistive living.
More than 200 exhibitors representing associations, pharmaceutical, assistive technology, automotive, mobility, durable medical equipment, personal care, computer and many other industries will be on display.
The FGCU Center for Assisted Living Innovation is an interdisciplinary research and service partnership between FGCU and the assisted living community and industry.
CALI is part of the College of Health Professions and works closely with the FGCU Southwest Florida Center for Positive Aging.
