FGCU Renaissance Academy Announces Fall Schedule; Courses Offered at Five Locations

FORT MYERS, FL - The Florida Gulf Coast University Renaissance Academy announces its fall non-credit schedule open to the public beginning Monday, Oct. 27 at locations throughout Southwest Florida.
The FGCU Renaissance Academy is offering courses, lectures, writing workshops, literature discussion, art appreciation, computer instruction, film series and day trips to Bok Tower Gardens and the Everglades as part of FGCU’s non-credit arm of lifelong learning. Participants do not take tests and there are no grades. Programs focus on quality study for intellectual, cultural and creative enrichment.
Courses will be held at several locations throughout Southwest Florida including
· FGCU Campus in Fort Myers
· FGCU Naples Center
· Marco Island
· Tower Pointe and
· Palmira Golf Club
FGCU created the Renaissance Academy on the premise that learning should never stop and that keeping the mind intellectually, creatively and culturally active enhances the quality of life.
