WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT “Building Influence Through Assertiveness” one-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government’s Professional Development Series. The workshop will teach participants how to have more confidence in themselves and their professional relationships, and how to speak up with sound ideas or suggestions. Jackie Ferguson is instructor for the program.
