WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     “Managing Multiple Priorities” half-day workshop. The workshop will explore how to meet demands and expectations, deal with workloads and the pressure to perform, and avoid frustration and feeling overwhelmed. Noreen McAuley is instructor for the program.

WHY     To:

·     Analyze needs and learn how to work with others to identify ways to handle competing priorities

·     Learn how to handle interruptions and requests for help in ways that build or maintain good relationships

·     Clarify expectations for tasks that must be performed

·     Decide when to delegate or hand-off tasks and how to do so effectively
