WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     “Leading with Emotional Intelligence” half-day workshop. The workshop will explore the differences in the workplace of today than that of the past and how increased emphasis is placed on the importance of relationship building, both internally and externally, in successful organizations. David Kelley is instructor for the program.
