WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT “Managing Through Trust Building” half-day workshop. The workshop will discuss the level of trust evident between all levels of the organization at any successful workplace and how the quality of life within the workplace can deteriorate quickly when people feel that their work and contributions are not valued. David Kelley is instructor for the program.
