WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     “Work Smarter Not Harder” full-day workshop. The hands-on workshop will explore how effective behavior at work can help move an employee forward to get rewards, and will provide the tools and techniques to be more productive and proactive. Allison Blankenship is instructor for the program.
