WHAT “Managing Employee Problems and Problem Employees” half-day workshop. Managing in today’s workforce includes challenges as well as opportunities to help employees develop their fullest potential. Participants will learn how to use coaching and feedback techniques to improve performance, and how and when to counsel a troubled employee. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the program.
