“Motivating for Results - Bringing Out the Best in People” Workshop March 10

WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     “Motivating for Results - Bringing Out the Best in People” full-day workshop. The workshop will help participants to discover how to find the spark that ignites each employee to do his or her best. Each participant will discover the importance of individual behavioral styles by completing a DISC personality profile. Anne Schroeder is instructor for the program.

WHEN     8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 10

·     Gain a clear understanding of the factors that drive high levels of accomplishment

·     Develop skills that create the optimum environment for self-starters

·     Become a role model in order to more effectively mentor a team
