WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and staff from both the private and public sectors.

WHAT     "High Impact Communication.How to be Taken Seriously" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The workshop will help professionals learn how to use communication and listening skills to their advantage with customers, co-workers and managers. Participants will learn how to move past communication barriers in order to obtain better results and relationships. Jackie Ferguson is instructor for the program.
