WHAT “Professional Business Writing” full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government’s Professional Development Series. The course is designed to improve business writing skills to better meet the needs of customers, prospects and internal clients. Whether a seasoned professional or just starting out, the seminar offers an up-to-date look at what is happening in the world of business correspondence. Participants will get new ideas on improving the organization of letters and memos, and learn how to better tailor correspondence to the reader. Jim Jacoby is instructor for the program.
