WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Getting Results with Coaching, Feedback and Discipline" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. For supervisors who need to address specific performance issues in order to have a cohesive, productive workforce, the session will cover topics such as results-based coaching and counseling, how to write Key Result Area objectives (KRAs) and communicate expectations. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the course.
