WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Build an Award-Winning Team" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The interactive course introduces proven tips and strategies to help team members and leaders build new teams or strengthen existing ones. Through the use of real world examples and how-to exercises, participants will collaborate with each other and work on skills to build a high functioning team. Ryan Combs is instructor for the course.
