WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Getting and Managing Federal and State Grants" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The seminar will help attendees learn how to write a successful grant proposal to pursue federal or state funding, and how to handle the paperwork associated with these grant awards. The program will cover grant-writing guidelines specific to government grants, reporting for government grants and fiscal management. In addition, there will be a panel discussion of agencies that have obtained federal or state grants. Shelley Robertson is instructor for the course.
