WHAT "Coaching and Mentoring as Management Tools" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The seminar helps attendees learn how relationship building and the support it provides through formal and informal networks have become an important component to success in the emerging global market. The workshop addresses the issue of coaching and mentoring from both ends of the spectrum, identifies the benefits individually and organizationally, and provides the tools and techniques needed to be an effective mentor and coach.
